Comcast is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Content Strategy to join the Comcast Business Digital & Customer Experience team. The right candidate is a self-motivated, independent thinker with wide-ranging writing skills and an inherent understanding of branding, tone, and voice. The Senior Manager, Content Strategy is responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing and technical content across our digital platforms, as well as the creation and delivery of content across digital channels. The ideal candidate is a champion of the customer experience, using content strategy to put the customer first. This position requires strategic background and an expertise in managing and editing technical and creative content on digital platforms and through various marketing channels.
